In addition to offering these gluten-free options, Minsky’s management took the initiative to complete gluten-free training to ensure knowledgeable preparation and service.

Any of Minsky’s gourmet pizzas can be served on either gluten-free crust or Minsky’s crunchy cauliflower crust. Both are available in sizes 10” and 14”.

All of Minsky’s gourmet pizzas can be served on either a gluten-free crust or Minsky’s crunchy cauliflower crust. Minsky’s cauliflower crust is a healthier alternative that anyone can enjoy. It’s higher in fiber and lower in calories, so you can order your favorite gourmet creations without the guilt! Both crusts are available in sizes 10” and 14”.

Or go for one of Minsky’s mouthwatering Detroit-style pizzas with a delicious, crispy cheddar cheese edge. The Classic Detroit-style Pizza is loaded with Wisconsin Mozzarella, cupping pepperoni, Italian sausage, and fresh garlic. The Vegetarian Detroit-style Pizza is topped with Wisconsin Mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, whipped ricotta cheese, and fresh arugula.

How does Minsky’s staff prepare gluten-free menu items?

The food management team at Minsky’s completed gluten-free training through the GREAT Kitchens program. This program is an educational initiative founded by Beyond Celiac, a non-profit organization dedicated to improving celiac treatments and finding a cure for the disease.

Minsky’s managers and staff were instructed on how to read ingredient labels properly, avoid cross-contamination, and answer any guest questions about Minsky’s gluten-free options.

Minsky’s reminds customers that changes in staff and management are always a possibility, so customers are advised to ask questions and confirm that gluten-free protocols are in place when ordering a gluten-free meal.
