Minsky’s Pizza takes great pride in serving guests tasty gourmet menu items that include special dietary ingredients, including gluten-free products. In addition to offering these gluten-free options, Minsky’s management took the initiative to complete gluten-free training to ensure knowledgeable preparation and service.
Any of Minsky’s gourmet pizzas can be served on either gluten-free crust or Minsky’s crunchy cauliflower crust. Both are available in sizes 10” and 14”.
Gluten-Free Gourmet
Guests can create their own gourmet creations with Minsky’s gluten-free crust or cauliflower crust. The restaurant has included a long list of fresh ingredients for guests to choose from, including veggies, meats, cheeses, and more!
And, there’s more! Many of Minsky’s regular and seasonal salads are gluten-free or can be prepared gluten-free.

How does Minsky’s staff prepare gluten-free menu items?
The food management team at Minsky’s completed gluten-free training through the GREAT Kitchens program. This program is an educational initiative founded by Beyond Celiac, a non-profit organization dedicated to improving celiac treatments and finding a cure for the disease.
Minsky’s managers and staff were instructed on how to read ingredient labels properly, avoid cross-contamination, and answer any guest questions about Minsky’s gluten-free options.
